Founder & CEO
Colt is a self-taught founder who learned software architecture, AI tools, and modern web systems from the ground up. He designed and built the first versions of Loadit using AI-assisted development, wiring together the merchant flows, routing logic, and platform structure.
He is the inventor of the Loadit Unified Financial Rail, a patent-pending architecture that uses AERO (AI Enhanced Routing Optimization) to search across rails and automatically choose the fastest, cheapest, and most secure path for every transaction.
Ricardo Martinez
Co-Founder, Merchant & AI Operations
Ricardo helps shape Loadit’s early products and demos. He uses AI tools to help prototype features, build MVP simulations, and test flows so they work smoothly for real merchants.
He also manages relationships with Loadit’s pilot stores and validates how the system behaves in live environments, making sure the tech holds up in the real world.
